Additionally, we are responsible for ensuring that our platform is accessible to all users and that our internal tools empower teams to work more effectively.
We’re seeking a Design leader to oversee our design systems, accessibility standards, and internal tooling platforms. • Cross-Team Leadership – You'll work with your peers in Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, User Research, Brand Design, and more to determine a shared vision and roadmap.

  • Portfolio that demonstrates evidence of building and shipping design systems across a variety of platforms.
  • Experience delivering large-scale projects across multiple teams.
  • Expert storytelling skills, making complex concepts simple and easy to understand.
  • An eye for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and a passion for UI details.
  • Experience promoting alignment and buy-in across product design and product engineering counterparts.

Nice to have:

  • Proven track record for leading large-scale redesigns across complex, consumer-facing products.
  • Working knowledge and ability to write code code for mobile and web platforms, in order to enhance collaboration with engineering teams and provide a deeper understanding of design system implementation.
