The Role:

Facilitate strategic product and tool planning for the consumer content tools. Own and communicate the internal Product Tool team’s roadmap, priorities, experiments, and decisions across a broad spectrum of audiences. Use strong communication skills (written and verbal) to advise team in setting goals, success metrics, and roadmaps by aligning them with company mission to help drive maximum impact for business while also aligning those goals with internal stakeholders for the tools. Understand company’s business metrics that impact performance that are related to the tools and guide s to develop a more profound product sense for what makes members more successful. Work to better understand internal consumer user problems and opportunities to help build out better tools and features. Align the needs and priorities of features requested from teams to ensure proper vision and deliverability of given the resources available. Champion a balanced product development process that fosters passion and team pride and encourages the right behaviors that ensure the vision is achieved. Build an innovative and expansive culture that cultivates empowerment, growth, and collaboration. Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report to 8800 Sunset Blvd, 4th Floor, West Hollywood, CA 90069. Salary: $159,500 - $205,000 per year.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering,  Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field, plus 7 years of professional experience as Product Manager, Project Manager, or any occupation/position/job title involving product management. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of experience, the employer will accept a Master's degree or U.S. equivalent in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as Product Manager, Project Manager, or any occupation/position/job title involving product management.
 
Must also have experience in the following: 5 years of professional experience with product management including leading and collaborating with the design, analytics, and development teams across web; 5 years of professional experience analyzing data to drive decisions and using data management and query platforms (including Excel, Tableau, Mode, or Advanced Analytical SQL) to find necessary data and design/ideation tools (Figma, Sketch, Figjam, or Miro); 5 years of professional experience assessing the impact of a feature on end-users and the platform through methods including user research, prototyping, focus groups, experimentation, and beta-testing; 5 years of professional experience driving the development of UX design for business to consumer products producing wireframes and mockups and working collaboratively with UX design to create hi-fi designs and prototypes; 5 years of professional experience defining metrics and making product and strategic decisions based on A/B testing or qualitative feedback; 5 years of professional experience conceptualizing and managing direct consumer-facing features/products (Business to Consumer) for a global tech company; 5 years of professional experience managing product and design professionals.

This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
